SANKO ELECTRONIC LABORATORY CO., LTD. (hereunder called our company, SANKO, we) shall be responsible for protecting identifiable personal information (hereunder called personal information) such as personal names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses and recognize it as a most important issue for business activities. Therefore, our personal information policy shall be implemented hereunder:
1. Formulation and improvement of compliance programs for Personal Information Protection
Our company will have our directors and employees understood the importance of personal information protection, steadily formulating and implementing compliance programs of the personal information prevention to be protected with a decent use of personal information. And we will maintain and improve them.
2. Use and collection of personal information
When we collect personal information, we will disclose the purpose of use and collect it within a range of our businesses by taking lawful and fair means. Collected personal information shall be strictly administered with the management for the personal information protection relative to our in-house operation and be used within a specified range.
3. Implementation of safety measures

We shall comply with laws, other rules applied to the personal information protection in case of handling personal information. And we will conform to our compliance programs of the personal information protection to those laws and rules.

In compliance with laws and rules, we will conduct strict safety control to protect loss, disruption, leakage, falsification and unauthorized access of personal information. And when using outsources for the material delivery service, we will take appropriate measures by selecting necessarily contracted partners only.
